Great Detailed Plans!
These plans are very detailed and look simple enough to build the shed without question. The first page contains a complete supply list categorized by letter and each subsequent page lists which letters lumber contributes to the part. i.e. A = 2x4 lumber 12' in length. Later it specifies that the floor joists are A1, meaning they are cut from the 2x4 categorized by part A. It is a brilliant way to convey everything and seems simple enough to put together. I will be putting it together this spring and will be posting my success.

not enough
The plans were clear and easy to understand but in my county an engineers report is required to get a permit. I called the company that sold the plans but they advised a report is not available. So unless I want to pay a lot for an engineer to review the plans, it is a no go.

The plans for the most part are solid. Couple ...
The plans for the most part are solid. Couple of missing instructions, but nothing that a reasonably crafty person can't figure out. I did swap out the 2x4 floor joists with pressure treated 2x6's. Key is to be sure to measure the stock you get from your lumber supplier. 12' is not 145"s.

Well written plans
These plans are well written and provide a reasonable amount of instruction for a first-time builder. This is a moderately advanced DIY project, but the results are very nice.

Instructions are minimal
If you already knew what you were doing, in detail, these plans would probably be sufficient, but, if you already knew what you were doing, in detail, you wouldn't need these plans. The instructions are fairly minimal, and the explanation is non-existent. Mostly, I'd consider this a waste of money.

Shed Plans
Good plans. Add 1 piece of t1-11 siding and 1 additional bundle of shingles. I upgraDED THE floor to treated 2x8 with joist hangers and 3/4 plywood for flooring.

Did the writer speak English?
The plans were OK, but difficult to understand at times, and not incredibly specific. I wondered several times if the person who wrote them was just learning English. My shed turned out well, but certainly not because the plans were that great.
