This made a wonderful gift. Why only 4 stars? The battery pack is a bit hokey and has to be removed from the pocket and plugged into a charger by a somewhat suspect looking connection. Why not a direct plug in to a standard (micro usb etc) port? Still it is a good quality jacket overall, it keeps her warm (seems to go for an hour or 2 straight through on high) gets lots of attention, and looks sharp even just as a jacket. We bought a large for a med size (f) person, and do not regret going one size up. So far (2 months) the battery connection / wires are holding up - fingers crossed.

The jacket was supposed to come with a charger and it did not!!! Can’t use the jacket as a heated jacket!!! This very upsetting and is false advertising. Will not recommend to anyone to purchase this item from this seller.

Dislike the box inside. Like how well the prick duct works and that it has different settings. It is used on cold days and the drive to work and home if it is cold outside. Will use it the next hunting season as well.

I got a size medium and the coat fit very nicely and under another coat. I like how the battery is slim and you cannot tell it's in the front pocket. Would of been nice if the battery had an USB port so you can charge it when traveling, but that's not a big deal. One if the main reason I brought the coat to we're on cool nights when riding motorcycle. I heats up quickly and I had it on high and after 3 hours it was still heating. Well made coat and true to size

Bought it for my girlfriend, she loves it. I did buy an extra battery, but it wasn't the Sam type of battery and it didn't come with a charger. The charger that came with the coat doesn't work for the extra battery. I should have done better research on the extra battery. But the coat and the battery and charger that all come together are AWESOME!

I bought this for my daughter. She really likes the coat. She wears a women's small and that is what we ordered and it fits perfect. There is plenty of heat to keep her warm. The material seems of good quality. The battery charges quicker than expected. We are hoping the coat lasts for many years. Recommended.
