This is really delicious and the price is great my only complaint is the jar is freaking huge and it's made of plastic. I use power electrolytes to be green so the extra unnecessary plastic waste does bum me out. Would be amazing in a cardboard jar or a package that was reusable. Very tasty though and will likely stick to this over other worse tasting more expensive options.

...don't breathe the powder! The powder is SO FINE so if you inhale it, it's awful! But it tastes like a Gatorade, with less junk. My son will specifically ask for this in his water and, since this was my way to encourage him to drink more water, I think that's a testament to the flavor. It's super easy to mix into room-temperature or cool water, then add the ice. Our whole family has enjoyed the flavor. We'll probably buy again!

I like the taste and how it makes me feel after I drink it, but it has turned into hard chunks. I have to chop them up and put in my coffee grinder to get it to return to powder form. I like the lower price than other electrolyte drinks, but it sure has been a hassle!

I use for when I go to the gym. I used to get bad cramps when i swam. Now I do not this product works for me. Lemon lime i enjoy the taste.

I thought this might be a less expensive way to stay hydrated. It's not easy to work with if your trying to make an 16 oz. bottle. It calls for 6.5 grams which is difficult to put that much powder in a small bottle so after spilling some powder on the counter trying to make a bottle I came up with a better way to make it and save time. I have no funnel to get th powder in the bottle with the scoop they sent so I had a clean OJ bottle I used with a larger neck to get the powder in to make 3 servings at one time adding 3 packs of stivia to help the flavor. This product has a dull lime taste but I figure if it works I can hold my nose and get 16 oz. down. I can't say if it works but if my urine is a light to clear color with no smell then it works. I like to have a bottle ready before taking care of the yard so I don't get dehydrated.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I loved the idea of the lemon lime flavor. Thought this is a better choice for helping me to consume more water and get in some electrolytes as well. The amount you receive is great! For the price it is an awesome deal. I just cannot get past the taste. It is more soapy tasting than lemon lime. That was the clenched for me. I wanted a great flavor to help me with water. The soap taste negates all effort. The good news is that I mask that flavor with a lemonade packet, and it helps, so I will use it up and not buy any more. I can't say it is a helpful product because using it alone is not an option for me.
