How much weight will this hold.

I’m my experience it would not hold a 4mm rhinestone in place on a stainless steel tumbler after drying for 24 hours.

Can this glue be used to glue rhinestones to fabric? Then, will the fabric be washable, w/ the rhinestones?

The directions say you can use it to glue rhinestones to fabric, which I have plans on doing. I would let it set 24-48 hours before laundry. Might want to hand wash or put in a clothing bag to protect the stones. I have used the product to put stones on my walking cane. I love the bling it now has and am very pleased with the product. Hope this helps.
