I just set it up a few hours ago. It arrived on time. It arrived 4 days ago or so but I’ve been busy with work. I got a message from the seller to let it sit for 24 hours after receiving it and before initially using it. It seems to be working great. I will update if there are any issues but so far so good. The instructions are in broken English, but are understandable. Within an hour or less it adjusted to the temp and humidity I set it to. I recommend two digital hygrometers to put inside for accuracy. Seems the temp and humidity I set it to are actually 2 or 3 off. So I set it to 67 Fahrenheit for it to be 70 Fahrenheit and I set it to 68% humidity for it to be 70% humidity. But I am about to put the cigars in so that might change. The instructions say to wait two hours after turning it on before putting cigars in. So far so good. Seems high quality! 😀

So far, so good, but we will see how the fans, cooling, etc, hold up over time. It seems well-made and came well packaged. Instructions were written in China, and the “English” is so poorly worded that they are effectively useless - but it is a humidor, not a rocket ship, so not much of an issue. The Amazon description was fine (in fact, it is much better than the included instructions), but I was a little surprised at how big this is - and I got the smaller one. Also considering it’s size I would have thought it would hold a lit more cigars

So far so good. The company contacted me before shipping and told me to leave it upright and off for at least 24 hours. I'm assuming because of the oil in the motor. The cabinet is quiet and seems to hold temp and humidity very well. It is a modern looking cabinet and has a large water box. Not sure how long it will last but it seems like a long time. The only thing I can say negative is that the instructions included are not very good. But if that's the worst of my problems then I'm doing just fine. So far I would definitely recommend this humidor.

Bought this as a thank gift for a friend. Everything was perfect until it wasn’t, but the customer service team jumped in to solve our issue. I would recommend and buy again from this vendor.

It was trash

Humidor arrived in good condition. The seller actually sent me a message prior to the arrival of the humidor with instructions for proper setup. That seemed unusual to me. But I reached to customer support for some help with the cooling settings. I talked to a person on the phone who helped me work it out, and followed up with emails to make sure that I was happy. I really can't say enough about their customer service. They exceeded my expectations. After following the instructions, I plugged in the humidor and let sit empty for 24 hours. The temperature and the humidity were stabilized within 2 hours. The unit itself is exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for cigars. I'm nowhere near the 270 count but I think there is plenty of room to get there. Overall, this is exactly what I wanted. Set it and forget it. I still check regularly, but it always where I set it. The bottom line is, my cigars are noticeably better with controlled humidity and temperature.

Great product. Had this for about a month now and it holds temp and humidity perfectly. The cigars are absolutely perfect for smoking, making the perfect burn. Highly recommended as a set it and forget it option.
