I didn't buy this pan from Amazon but direct from Misen, I hadn't seen it on Amazon. The shipping from the US took about three weeks and it arrived well packed and un-damaged. Having used it now for two months I have found it to cook without obvious hot spots. Heavier than my 25 year old three ply SS pans, however the curved transit from bottom to sides make using a whisk or spatula for sauces trouble free. Easy to clean and a pleasure to use. A well made pan for the price.

Second product from Misen, second that was damaged… This one got the handle chipped. At this price, it’s not acceptable to not have a perfect product.

This is a chefs quality pan. Food won’t burn. Love the sloped sides. Would prefer a glass if however

Absolutely beautiful. Had to be out of my mind to pay this much for such a small pan. My only excuse is suddenly and unexpectedly having a new oven that's induction. Despite the appliance store's assurance that it's just like regular cooking, it's not. All cookware is not equal on an induction. Regular stainless steel cookware cannot be used on an induction. My only consolation for this purchase is I'm sure this pan will last forever. The look is beautiful and it appears to be very well constructed. If I never use it, it will be part of my estate and whoever inherits it can use it on any stove they choose.

I love this pan. I probably would have bought the smaller version and the bigger version!
