Perfect Fit Meals Tandoori Chicken, 9.5 oz

First of all, these meals fill a niche in a practically non-existent market. When Safeway stopped carrying them I looked at every alternative they had and nothing came close. Fresh ingredients, easy to prepare, and beyond any other prepared meal in terms of healthy. When you compare the nutritional labels on these meals with other "tastier" options one that that will jump out at you is how little fat these meals have compared to "tastier" meals (case in point compare to the "Southern living" meals). When you are used to high fat content food healthy food can taste bland because it's not smothered in fat (butter, oil, etc). I simply add Olive oil, or fresh Avocado, or any spices to fit my taste. I found having one of these each lunch instead of going out has helped me lose weight and become healthier.The only alternative I found to these is to cook yourself (time consuming to do it every night), or a meal prep services which are twice + expensive and you still need to heat them up.For the price, quality and convenience they can't be beat.

Spicy? NoFlavorful? NoQuick, easy, and decent? YesDo I keep ordering it? YesThrow some siracha and cheese on top and it is much improved.

I really liked this product, but it needed more than two spoonfuls of rice. That was the cheapest ingredient, but the least plentiful.

Very mild spice, but good flavor for a microwave meal. One of my carrots had the stem (ick!) but everything else was good. It needed a little salt but that's a good thing.

This is wonderful and the rounded carrots are great, but it’s a very small portion.

This is my favorite of the Perfect Fit meals. Strong tastes, good quality meat. I'd order again and again.

This is a very flavorful and quick meal. I am someone that loves spice and intense flavor. And I salt everything. I still salted this, but it had plenty of flavor and a surprisingly nice texture. Will definitely order again.

So so -- needs additional spices from home, -- way over priced - very very small portion - should be no more than $5.00
