Big Hit
At the long term care facility where I work we celebrate National days, especially during the lockdown from the Pandemic. On National TV Dinner day we served Fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy and corn in these trays and the residents loved them. No room for dessert so it was served on the side but it was apple crisp.
