I was having incredible pain on the bottoms of my feet. I'm 48, but felt like an 85 year old woman when I went to get up and walk. The pain was excruciating and made it often hard to sleep at night. That second night I put one on my heel too because the pain was the worst there. They have softened up where the toxins have been releasing. Truly remarkable...These pads are really incredibly effective. I have been telling everyone I know about them - I am so thankful that I got desperate enough from the pain to give them a try. This is the best investment I've ever made in a pain reducer and in beginning to turning my health around!An interesting observation too was that my cravings changed during this detox: not only did I want more water, but I did not crave sugary foods as much. It was like the more icky stuff that my body released, the more my desire for bad food released too. Turned the same color. It’s just moisture activated. So while I couldn’t sleep because these are so uncomfortable I did some research. Science has proven that toxins CANNOT be pulled from your feet.

Tried these footpads my friend keeps raving about. And I’m really glad I did! I cleaned my feet before bed and stuck these on, the adhesive is pretty good so they didn’t move all night. The packaging is lovely and I like how so many came in the pack. I did this for three nights (so far). I have to say I love the smell of them, it’s like being outside in an herb garden and helps me fall right to sleep. Anyways I wasn’t expecting too much to happen but I’m happy to say I was wrong. I slept like a rock which is new for me as I have sleeping issues, especially in the mornings (have a hard time with energy). But I felt really refreshed when I woke up and had some more energy to get my day started and felt really good. I have some autoimmune disorders so it’s been a while since I felt this good in the morning. It’s been this way for three days. I definitely will be buying more, recommending these to my friends and maybe get some as gifts for holidays.

These are fantastic! I woke up every morning feeling much less sluggish and more energized. It’s amazing the toxins they pull out of your body! I’ve used two rounds of the 10 day pads and have had the same experience for all 20 days. It’s been great and I’ll continue to buy these and recommend them to others. I even was sick during the last set of them and felt like wearing these at night lessened the duration and impact of my cold. The smell and adhesive (which had gotten negative reviews on competing products) are certainly not issues here. Adhesive works great and smell is a nice lavender. Definitely give them a try!

I love product. I took a shower and wash feet, dry off. I put the pads on and went to sleep. I woke up. I did feel refresh. I didnt much pain in back, knees or shoulder for that matter. Pads was full toxins. The lavender was very relaxing. I am on third day of use. I will buy this product again. I use these for health and pampering practices.

I am so impressed with the pads. I’ve used a few different brands in the past but these are definitely the best. They are high quality, the scent is amazing (not over powering like most brands) and they are totally mess free. The adhesive is very strong & the pads stayed on all night. I also love using products with natural ingredients so that’s definitely a plus. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family!P.S. They send an e-book as a gift & it’s super helpful!

I used this product for the 10 days suggested. The inflammation in my knees is GONE! I have suffered with this off and on since high school (now in my 60's), but it hasn't let up for the last year.
