Item was delivered with box heavily damaged, missing pieces, clearly repackaged, direct from the manufacturer, no response to any message about returning, consistent battle to get this item returned for weeks. A to Z guarantee hasn’t even applied and it’s been an entire week? I thought it was 2 days to respond from 3rd party? Recommend going elsewhere for this item. Terrible experience and still going…

Overall outer packaging was fair, but inside was packaged so great that nothing was damaged. Set up was smooth and instructions were clear. Total assembly took me maybe 15 minutes at most? Build quality is great, very sturdy. Magnetic pillow is great and easy to adjust. Arm rest are great and love that the pads can be replaced. Texture of the fabric is nice. Ive used it everyday all day since mid January 2025 for work and games. Comfortable to sit all day in and since I have a standing desk so I sometimes I kneel on it.. and lean up against the backrest with my chest and there is no change in sturdiness or comfort to the chair. Casters are pretty smooth on my tile, I dont see myself replacing them. I use the rocking function alot when with my baby and its great. Recline function is also great. I definitely recommend. I just wish they had a footrest to use both on the floor and to recline.
