Taste great, you can make it with water however I prefer to use oat milk. Either way it is great for travel. It does need to be refrigerated. Once you activate the oats, so you need access to a refrigerator You can just rinse and recycle the container after you consume the oats.

i’m addicted to these and this flavor. i love them. they are perfect in size and portion. great protein, easy to prep and boom ready in the morning no effort. i mix with milk and it’s delicious every morning. LOVE

They're fine. They taste good, couldn't be easier to prepare, but they do cost probably 10x+ more than what just putting a packet of oatmeal in a jar overnight would cost.

My favorite flavor!!! Instead of adding water I add milk and omg! Big difference in taste! After I have one I’m good for about 4-5hrs until I’m hungry again.
