Good value for money.We have made one cake stand so far.It’s not easy to drill the holes in plates tho. We bought 2 drill bits. The first was for glass and ceramic. However it couldn’t make the necessary hole in the plates. We then bought a drill but that is hollow in the middle and that worked.Takes time and patience, not as easy as Angela on Escape to the Chateau made it look but certainly worth the effort.It’s incredible how hard a plate is to drill holes in.The end result is stunning though, we are really delighted with it!See Photos of end result.Haven’t baked any cakes yet. So only biscuits for display purposes but you get the idea.

Have not actually used yet, but looks as expected. Despatch and Collection Quick and Easy. Happy with price and value.

The first one out of the packet had a bent top and one of the screws in pieces was wonky so the whole thing leant to one side, trying to straighten the screw it broke! I haven't bothered looking at the rest yet, not sure I can handle the disappointment.

I thought that a kit would include paper/plastic plates as indicated on advert but none were included whch meant the extra work in locating some plates suitable in strength for a cake stand. Disappointing to say the least and a bit of a waist of time. Not recommended.

They look sturdy to support the weight of the plates but delicate and attractive and the drills are a bonus

Made beautiful cake stands for a charity lunch party for the local Hospice. The cake stands were much admired.
