Our High Quality Mooring Pendant 100% Nylon rope has three characteristics that make it ideal for dock line and mooring line. 100% Nylon rope is incredibly strong, it is very stretchy, and it resists the harmful effects of sunlight better than any of those expensive fancy-name synthetics. 100% Nylon ropes value of strength is self-evident, but the benefits of elasticity may not be as obvious. When your boat surges against an unyielding dock line / mooring line, the load on the line goes from zero to the maximum at the instant the line comes taut. The likely consequence is a broken line-not unlike how you might snap a piece of thread with a jerk. Even if the rope is strong enough not to break, it is hammering cleats and bitts with every surge. 100% Nylon rope doesn't come taut suddenly, but dissipates the load by stretching. It is like the difference between hitting the steering wheel or hitting the air bag. As for 100% nylon rope's resistance to ultraviolet damage, Mooring lines, particularly permanent dock lines, live in the sun. dbRopesTM lines enjoy a much longer life than other lines in that environment.

Great rope, great service.
Outstanding customer service. They included their business card as well as a hand written personalize note (with my name) right in the box. The rope is very high quality and you can instantly tell this the moment you take it out of the box. I highly recommend this pendant. It feels sturdy and like it will last many years. As an added benefit, it shipped in 2 days even though it wasn't amazon prime. No complaints.

Good quality, well worth the price.
Looks to be great quality, well worth the price. I carry this in my truck to use to pull folks out of the ditch here in winter in Alaska. A mooring rope works way better than chains or strapes when popping someone out of a snow bank or when off the road.

Secure Mooring
Appears to be solid in all stress points. It has yet to be tested by any strong winds on my mooring but I am confident that I can leave my boat and should the strong winds come, I will not worry about the boat breaking loose.

Very Happy
Shipped incredibly fast, included a personal note. Working great! My dock lines chaffed on a stainless buckle in two weeks. Replaced with these and they’ve eliminated any problems I’ve had mooring up! Very happy.
