This body oil is incredible! This is the first product I tried from Cyklar and fell in love! I now currently use the entire product line because of this oil! This body oil right out of the shower absorbs so quickly and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and soft. Now, I always need more because of the winter weather, it’s brutal on the skin, especially when it’s -20 degrees! I do use the lotion and sometimes even a body butter (hint, hint, Cyklar!). But having this decadent body oil as a base is my absolute favorite! It definitely makes me feel like I’m treating my skin to something luxurious every time I apply it! I think the scent profile is spot on. Which for me, is magic! I have trouble with vanilla scents in particular and this one doesn’t change on me. I definitely follow the scent notes accurately when I’m slathering myself shoulders to toes! The pump is fantastic because it dispenses a small amount per pump. That helps with making the bottle go a long way.

What an amazing scented oil. Long lasting without being migraine inducing. I shower at night and feel certain I will smell this on my clothes the next day. It is warm and slightly spicy, and I totally get why it’s called Sacred Santal. It invokes feelings and visions of strength and meditation. It absorbs completely on damp skin and works just as well on dry skin, a rarity in oils. The texture is lovely and not oily at all, and feels almost like a dry oil. It spreads well and evenly. It comes in a beautiful dark brown glass bottle with a pump that does not dispense too much at once, as a little goes a long way. The bottle is slightly larger than most other oils at 4.2 ounces (most are 3.99 or 4 ounces). I did mix it with a vanilla oil because it goes wonderfully with vanilla and because it is a bit strong. It’s pricier than other oils, but totally worth it. You can mix it beautifully with other warm scents and you just don’t need as much. I am so impressed with the scent and the quality characteristics of the oil. I highly, highly recommend it. If you like the scent profile, you will not regret this purchase.

I bought the Vanilla Verve bundle off their website forever ago, and was immediately hit with how similar to Bath & Body's Warm Vanilla Sugar/Vanilla Bean Noel it was. I was a little disappointed, I felt like for the price it should be a more unique scent. It's definitely more of a spicy gourmand, very pretty but felt too familiar. Sacred Santal is what I expected Vanilla Verve to be! It's soft, warm, elevated, and cozy. After using all the products in their lineup - skip the lotion. It's decent, sort of thin, absorbs well, but isn't anything special. The body wash is absolutely worth it. It suds up well, has a great scent, and is decently moisturizing. The body oil is 100% worth it. As soon as you turn the shower off, skip the towel-down and go to work with it. You'll use less of the product and get a nice glow and feel more moisturized. It's silky (not sticky), easy to appy, and absorbs quickly, so no worrying about your clothing or towels. It also makes a great hair oil and can be used as an oil perfume if dabbed on skin later in the day. My skin eats up scent, so I never expect it to last that long. I was surprised by the length of time I catch a bit of the base notes on my skin or clothes. The bottle is glass and has a nice weight. It looks pretty on your bathroom counter, doesn't leak, and has a great pump. tldr: buy the body oil and body wash, skip the lotion. Smells wonderful and does what it says it'll do.

Great as a body oil. Lovely texture, lasts all day, extremely moisturizing, and a great way to get some topical vit c in daily. I do believe many will find the price to be a bit steep and there are other cost effective alternatives that you would be equally or more pleased with - but no regrets on my end. The scent is a pleasant soft santal scent (like a spa), however do not be fooled by influencer marketing claims - this is not a perfume oil, it does not have a strong scent or leaves a scent trail.

Okay let me start by saying....... I feel like TikTok lied to me lol. This is NOT a "gourmand," or even really sweet, vanilla. It's like the vanilla skin perfume with an added green note... assuming that's bergamot. Its nice? But it smells like a vanilla body oil for someone who doesnt really like vanilla, if that makes sense. Ok look, this is one of the best *feeling* body oils I have ever used. It's thick? but not like the... Vaseline gel oil thick (if you don't know that one, think liquid Vaseline lol). Its so incredibly nourishing, and makes my skin feel incredible for a solid 12+ hours. It's almost like a serum in oil. It absorbs into the skin surprisingly well to be that thick too. Really impressed with that. The ingredients are also great. Now, is it worth the money? It depends. I think it is on the formula and packaging alone, but if you're into actual vanilla gourmands; I'd skip this one.

LOVE!! I fell for the hype, blind bought this, and omg. If you love warmer scents then this is for you, it smells so yummy and what has i’d describe as very sensational and romantic. I pair this and the body wash with the Black Opium perfume and it is heaven. The oil immediately absorbs into the skin so there’s none of that annoying excessively oily feeling on your hands after application! You can use a TON of oil and you’ll barely make a dent in the bottle. I love it so much i might buying the lotion and perfume oil…🫢

Obsessed with this oil! Not greasy, super hydrating and the smell is amazing! I wish they had a bundle for the body cream and oil though since it is pricey
