Very good product

First, the reason I bought these was because my cholesterol was high and my doctor put me on statins. I decided to find another way to lower my cholesterol which included exercise, weight loss, and then I researched supplements. During my research I discovered that shitake mushrooms and/or shitake mushroom supplements were good for lowering cholesterol. I decided to buy this brand after reading about the other brands on Amazon. After about 2 weeks and taking my blood pressure morning and night, (I'm also on losartan 50mg a day), my blood pressure has gone from at times 150/100, 140/ 90, (approx) to now 100/60. I haven't had my cholesterol recheck yet because this just happened within the past 6 weeks. And a second doctor took me off the statin about a week into taking them, so I cannot attest to the cholesterol. Although I haven't lost weight, but I've been exercising (walking, kayaking, and going to physical therapy for neck and back which is exercise if anyone's ever been to physical therapy). I do take several supplements and had actually forgotten that I was taking these. But after seeing my BP take such a nose dive, I started going through my vitamins and supplements to see what I did differently. And the only thing different was adding this shitake mushroom supplement. I highly recommend trying these to see if it does the same for you. I really believe this is the reason my BP is this low now.

It’s a good quality product

I made the mistake of buying this supplement. It does not contain AHCC as I would have wished. I went the economical route; I should have spent $20 extra for a supplement with AHCC. If not labled AHCC then the product does not contain AHCC. If this product has extracted AHCC from shiitake mushrooms the container should be labeled. For legal reasons the company most likely can't. It does not taste nasty and it is easy to swallow for those not in search for AHCC. I gave 4 stores because the NuSA seller is deceiving customers by telling them this product contains AHCC

You can feel this supplement almost right away. Your body will thank you

Had a rash that would not go away. Took for about a week and the rash got less and less. Then finally went away. Stopped taking and the rash came back. So I am back taking again and this time I won't stop taking so quickly. Highly recommend.
