I was skeptical... For sure. As soon as I got it, I opened and sprayed. It was a little potent at first but never burnt my nose at all - it felt good! And I never got any weird tastes. I blew my nose like it said to do and literally 3 hours later, my nose is wide open and clear and I have no post nasal drip. That's a first for around this time of day. I work next to an airport, 8 palm trees, tons of vegetation - our door is open for the entire 10 hour day. Usually by this time, I'm sneezing and wheezing. This stuff WORKS! I'm glad I pulled the trigger and purchased - I definitely will buy it again.

It does the job. Added benefit of soothing aloe to help those burning sinuses. Immune boosting properties of the propolis. Win. Win. Loosens up the gunk and makes it way easier to clear out when you blow.

I never thought I'd like using a nasal spray but I do! The ingredients are all natural and gentle feeling. There is no taste or sting using the nasal spray only clean feeling nasal passages. I feel like it gets all the yuck out of my nose and I'm hoping some germs with it too! I don't have allergies or problems with my sinuses so I can't speak if this spray helps with that but my nasal passages do feel cleaner using this product. The size of the bottle makes it easy to handle while using the spray. I used the propolis throat spray for cold and flu season while working in a preschool classroom so I felt comfortable purchasing the nasal spray since I feel that this is a quality, all natural product. My husband and I both use this spray and I just purchased another bottle for each of us and it is now a staple in our home.

Been using the steroid to little, to no effect on my sinuses. Saw this as I was looking for a saline, for $13? I thought it’s expensive, but I’ll give it a try at this point. Got it in, and the first couple of times I used it, my nose ran, as though it was flushing my nose out.Been on it now for over a week, and it works so well, I’m able to skip days as my symptoms have all but disappeared. Value for the money, it’s more expensive than other sprays, but since it works. It’s a better value. Little to no taste, pain relief is almost instantaneous.Overall, a very good product, and it works, and I’m a smoker too. I will order moreUpdate: I just got in the “max” formula. Wow! It’s got a nice, powerful strong punch to it, with a nice fragrance, like a “vape-o-rub”, Not sure, but really nice blast to clear out your sinuses. I like the max formula as well, I’m going to keep both the regular and max formula on hand.Update April 2025: first pollen season using the max product. Spring is the worst time a year for me as far as pollen goes, and hay fever. So far, so good, been using it in conjunction with Amazon basics, cetirizine, allergy medicine. And they’re working great together.

Was hoping for a healthier way of dealing with congestion in my sinuses than using steroid sprays. This doesn't do much more than rinse your nostrils out. Was really hoping it did more. Unfortunately for sinusitis sufferers like me, this isn't the solution.Edit: they offered me a full refund, will definitely try out some of their other products in the future!

This nasal spray is great! It clears my sinuses out and makes them feel hydrated and less painful. I'm very prone to sinus headaches and dehydration so this has been a life-saver. I'm already a proponent of honey propolis (I use it in my skin care routine!) and its other natural ingredients seem effective; I feel safe using this every day. The only critique I have is about the spray bottle design: the spray is not very powerful (which may be a good thing for some) because the height of the push-down is quite shallow. Additionally, the size of the wings where you place your fingers are pretty short and not the most ergonomic to use. If the bottle changes design by just a bit, this product would be even more stellar. Still, I'm giving this 5 stars anyhow because the product itself has been treating me so well.

When i purchased it, I was looking for a replacement for the Nasogel which my doctor had recommended. I’m on two nose sprays and get frequent nosebleeds without proper moisturizing. My doctor told me to spray Nasogel in my nose, put vaseline in my nose, then use the sprays. Well, my subscription to it was out of stock. I sprayed it in my nose and didn’t expect the decongestant action. It was also soothing at the same time. On top of that, it smelled good and natural in my nose. I’m used to the chemical smell of the medicine. This was sweet and reminiscent of honey. I totally didn’t mind the taste, since you inevitably taste as well as smell such things. I’m going to buy it again, but for clearing allergens out of my nose.
