Worked great in a very remote area.

When you have trouble it's customer service you need most they were great
I had some trouble getting going with the first mifi. The costumer service was great I had a replacement in 4 or 5 days. My mifi works great . Both mifi looked brand new not refurbished that was my experience. Happy happy happy

This is just what i needed.

Will not turn on
Received the device today hoping to get it activated tonight but after an hour of charging the device with the included cables it still will not power up. Very frustrating!!!!
