the value is great prints a little darker than the hp ink, but you'll/they'll only know that with a side by side comparison. YES I'LL BUY AGAIN

First two toners were great but not the third
This was my third order of this particular brand. The first two worked great. This third has an issue. Took it straight out of the box and put it in the printer and the printer is not able to recognize it. I hear a high pitched whirring sound and the error light comes on. Really disappointed. The first two orders were great but this one....Update 5/8/2019: I followed the advice of one of the reviewers here and found the chip on the top left side of the old one that worked. I took it out and put it in the new one that would not work. I used a pair of tweezers to slide it out.Now the new toner works but it keeps popping up a low toner message because I took it out of the repleted cartridge so I am upping the stars. I wanted to give it a 2.5 but 2 is the closest to that. You shouldn't have to be a techie to be able to use ink but this requires you to.

I’m happy with the product and the customer service.
I had a problem at first - my printer kept showing the trouble light and would not work with the cartridge. I sent an inquiry to the seller and was surprised to get an immediate response. It turns out that the cartridge (which had been purchased in 2018) had a chip in it which had expired. They processed a refund - I bought another one and all is well. I will definitely order from this seller again.

Excellent low cost replacement product
The NYT Toner Cartridge replacement for the original HP CF248A is the perfect solution to get good quality copies from your HP M15w laser printer at one-half the cost. Had no problem installing the cartridge. Printer quality of the copies I have made so far (about 150 pages) is excellent with no streaks in printing. Shipping is free and takes about 1 week for the product to arrive. It appears to be comparable to the OEM cartridges I have been using.

Real product review
I just purchased my laser jet printer but have used it enough to need a new ink toner. This has worked well. I haven’t had it very long but it was easy to install and so far works great. I will post later for the longevity of the product. Hopefully it lasts longer than the one that came with the printer.

Always reliable seller- they honor their warranty if needed
fast ship, always works, fair price -ADDED: Bought this as a backup so I had one on hand (bought Feb 2019)- took it out July 2019 and found it defective- emailed seller- they honored their 1 year warranty within hours for full refund. I've bought more than a few cartridges from them - never had a problem- but this one time I did- they stepped up.
