SIM Card (Philippines)

I thought when they sell international simcard here it is already set for roaming purposes but I was disappointed because it was not and when I registered it online the smart company did not recognize the number. I paid more than the value and it is disappointing to keep trying to register it online to no avail. it pissed me off. I think I have to call the Philippines to register it. There is no number to call for registration online and It is a pain in the neck. I will not recommend this site to anyone. I was frustrated and It is very expensive knowing that sim card cost only 40 pesos in the Philippines. I thought paying more is a plus but it turned out to be a waste of money.

Not enough money on this to be very helpful, and you need to activate it (in the Phillipines) before you add money. Really annoying. I got some limited use out of it, so am glad that I got it.Note, you of course need the right frequency phone for this thing to work.

I am from the Philippines and now residing here in the US. I used to have 2 phones that works in the Philippines. First one was Globe and the other was Smart (both was on roaming). My Smart sim stopped working and I wanna buy another one. So before I ordered this, I read everything that says on the product description and it says to contact the seller or the Amazon Customer Care. I then called amazon to know more details and specifically asked the agent if the sim card is already activated. She said yes so I ordered it. Paid for a two day shipping and received it early afternoon. When I tried it on my phone (the one I originally use for my smart simcard) it didn't have a signal. So I then called Amazon Customer Care and let them know what happened. The agent who answered my call was so polite and helped at her best. First, she tried to contact the seller but she said no one was answering the phone. So I then said to just bring me back my refund and forget about it.

I like the ease of use, it is good for my needs, I really like it a lot and would buy another

I bought this card in early December because I was headed to the Philippines and needed to make a call as soon as I cleared customs. Since my phone used a micro-SIM I figured I'd have to trim it to fit. Fine, I'm cool with that. But I get to my destination and the phone won't connect to the network. Turned out I had received a SIM that had expired in MARCH! No way to return it for a refund either since I had to mutilate it to fit (whoever dreamed up the micro-SIM format I hope he burns in Hell). Plus, it cost 40 times what SIM cards were going for in the Philippines.

not to recommend to buy this sim card, it is not working at all i paid 40+ dollars. i wish they will give me back my money still have sim card with me. not working, not working i rate this product 00000 . pay me back pls i still got the sim card. i rate this product 0000 but i cant submit this not pressing a star

I would not buy again this sim card did not work and cannot be regitered on SMART Buddy. A big waste of my money.

For 1 cent plus 40 pesos load, this is very great buy! This is brand new comes in original package.
