Since taking these vitamins, I feel a lot more energy, and I sleep better too. I like that I can take them with or without food; they don't make me nauseous like other brands I tried before. Plus, they're not synthetic.

Dr. Berg's vitamins are far superior to any purchased at a health food store. I took some of my Dr. Berg supplements into a health food store that I frequently purchase from and asked for a similar product to Dr. Berg's Joint supplement. I was informed by the staff that they carried nothing as highly concentrated and that Dr. Berg's was a lot better. I now only purchase Dr. Berg's products and trust them to be of very high quality. His B1 + is of equal high quality.
