I love this cheesecloth! I use it to cover my dough while proofing, and it’s perfect.It’s light, well woven and has finished edges.For how delicate the weave appears, it seems quite strong, holding up to wringing out without distorting or tearing. I didn’t wrench or twist it super tight, but did wring out excess moisture after wetting it.Highly recommend!

I like that each cloth is designed perfectly to hold a good amount when using to strain a liquid. This pack was the perfect value for your money. I would definitely recommend purchasing. Very inconvenient to have in the household, as well as the durability of the product so that you can use each cloth more than once. There was no smell when opening the package which is also a plus for me!!

Does a great job straining home made soup stocks, have only used once but worked well.
