This 11 inch hard anodised deep kadai is great for every kitchen. Made from thick aluminium which makes it last longer. We use a special process for hard anodising which makes it non-toxic, non-staining, non-reactive with food. The flat bottom deep kadai helps to saute food easily. Great for making curries, yoghurt curry (kadhi), biryani & deep frying. Remember to cook with oil / ghee / butter as it does not have nonstick properties. It has a capacity of 3 quarts which make it easy to deep fry many samosa / poppers / gujiya / papad at one time. After use, allow it to cool before cleaning. This product is delivered in a well designed box.
