Q: Do the shelves come assembled or is assembly required?

Hi there. I only bought the ladder as I bought the shelf elsewhere assembled. I recommend contacting amazon or the seller directly to confirm how it's shipped. thanks.

No mounting hardware needed for this item. It simply hooks onto the bookshelf with hooks at the top.

Q: its doesnt say or show that it has wheels so it doesnt damage the floor and make for easy gliding. Does this ladder come equipped with wheels?

There are no wheels for the bottom. It also just has hooks at the top. It doesn't really slide. The ladder is functional though but the case really should be anchored to a wall stud or 2
