Quede decepcionado con el producto aunque su apariencia externa agrade, no asi en el almacenamiento de archivos, pues no guarda en su totalidad lo requerido o simplemente no aparece el contenido en su totalidad al checar su estado de copia.

I bought in Sept. 2018. Downloaded the app with no problems and saved our photos and contacts off our phones. Tried to download it again on 4/5/19 and neither of our phones nor the computer will recognize the drive is plugged in. Tried removing and reloading the app with the same results. This is complete junk. At least for me.

I had a problem with my iPhone last week, it was out of storages so I couldn’t turn it on, this is a prefect usb to transfer all my images and videos that I can deleted on my phone to save more storages! And it’s small and cute! Recommend

When I insert it nothing happens. There's contradictory info whether to download Y-Disk or not. Lot's of Chinese writing and no phone number for 'human' support. All I want to do it to download and protect my hundreds of photos on i-phone and I don't want Apple's i-cloud. I'm returning it now.

I purchased this in July but I did not start using this drive until December. I would have returned it and bought something else. This flash drive crashes and everything on it gets lost! The idea of a 4 in 1 drive is good but only if it works.

I really like the different adapter tips for this flash drive. Very useful for people that have multiple devices. Works for iPhone / iPad, standard USB micro and type-C Highly Recommended!
