I ordered the 32-ounce bag of organic goji berries, and I’m so impressed with the quality and freshness! The berries are plump, flavorful, and not overly dry like some other brands I’ve tried. These are big goji berries. I added a handful to my oatmeal/buckwheat breakfast as it cooked, and they were very good. I've had big berries and small ones, and they were all good. The flavor is mild and they are mildly sweet and they are seedless. I store them in as tight a container as I can find because in time they tend to absorb a little moisture from the air and clump together even though they feel dry. I've read how nutritious they are, so I keep them on hand and eat a few most every day.

They came out of the bag in a big lump. Taste like cran-raisins. rather dry. However, I put a tablespoon of the dried berries into my hot cup of tea. delightful! They plumped right up. more of a raisin chew and added a touch of sweet to the tea==hardly noticeable. I put the berries into a air tight jar and they quickly became a big lump again.

I use these goji berries in my daily protein shakes (I make two a day to ensure I get enough protein in my diet). I add two tablespoons to each shake, along with flaxseed powder, cacao powder, cinnamon powder, and Bloom superfoods greens powder with a little monkfruit extract. Goji berries are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, which supports your immune function, improves eye health, and helps regulate blood sugar levels. They are also believed to reduce inflammation. As we age we realize more and more how important good health is to our longevity. I've been using these since June of this year and have been really happy with how the shakes have helped to keep me from feeling tired out as well as staying healthy. Real foods are always better than processed and, as the old saying goes, money can't buy you good health!
