Purchased this item for a camper at the beach. Hooked it up and could not receive any channels. Emailed the seller figuring no one would respond and we would be out the money. On the contrary, they immediately responded (which was on the weekend) and recommended things we could do to see if the unit responded. Several emails later it would not, so they said they would send another dipole, which they thought could possibly be the problem. We explained it would be another week before we were there to test the new part once it came. They said no problem and would be available to assist if needed. We received the new part, hooked it up the next week and the TV located over 40 channels, of course some weaker than others, but still many excellent channels. I can't say enough how great the customer service was in making this all work out! Very happy with this purchase, and especially happy with customer service! As a side note, not difficult at all to hook up.

Solid antenna, after you put it together, not too bad, just looked at the pictures. Had an issue with the power supply, they sent me a whole new antenna (minus J pole) I thought that was great! Good customer service, although they don't have an 800 number they answer promptly to emails.As an option if you have a newer TV with USB you can just plug in there if you only have one TV. My mother has two so the power supply needs to plug into an outlet so the second (or more) TVs will get the boosted signal.As the directions state, you must plug the antenna cable into the power booster then you can add a splitter if needed.Plug it in scan for your channels. and your in business! Mom loves it, even cut the crappy cable.

not quite as strong on distant channels as their bow tie antenna but will pick up one channel from the back side of the antenna that the bow tie would not get without re-aiming

it only picks up half the channels i want.all the transmitters are it the same location 50 miles south of me.i hooked up a splitter out side to run to other room will not work at all till i disconnect splitter

This antenna works great in the Cleveland Ohio area, hooked up and found 39 channels all digital great picture

great value. You get the antenna, mounting pole, and amplifier for a great price. Was able to get all the channels broadcast in my area easily. I was able to install it outdoors very easily. The only tools I needed were to mount the antenna to the side of my house.Will be interesting to see if it can survive winter / inclement weather.

This might work if you are relatively close to the broadcast tower. But the closest tower to me is 35 miles away and this antenna does not receive a reliable signal.
