These arrived a week late. When I stood on them on the floor they felt like they would fit great, but when I put them in my shoes, the arch support was suddenly under my heal. I cut them down to shift the arch forward (they do have lines cutting to resize), but it was a disaster. The arch support is almost perfectly where it should be, but feels too hard and my toes ride new cut edge. Don't feel like I can return them so I'm stuck with them, but probably will not repurchase and will not recommend.

Does NOT WORK. Cannot fit in shoes. Need to RETURN. THKS.
