Let me start by saying that I’m not a review girly but this has literally changed my life. I have had tummy issues for as long as I can remember but after just one day I already could tell a difference. After ten days, I can’t rave about this product enough. I’m no bloated, I can eat whatever I want, I don’t even have gas anymore. I feel comfortable after I eat and when I wake up. I haven’t been this regular since I was a teenager. My oily, blemish prone skin has also improved but I think I’ll need more than just ten days for the full effect there. Either way, but it. You will not regret it.

This is one of the best probiotics on the market. The berry flavor is the most pleasant of all the flavors GoLive offers. It does not have a tart taste and does not give an aftertaste. It tastes like a crystal light packet that you would put in water. Very easy to handle especially for people who can't take big pills. One bit of advice, if you have a healthy gut and are looking to maintain it or once you have restored it, I recommend taking these 2 times a week. While you cannot overdose on probiotics, your body will remove any excess and that will come out in the form of waste. This might be TMI but if you are taking too much and it is coming out in the form of waste, be prepared for some color and consistency changes. Don't be alarmed, it doesn't mean you have any health issues. It is just letting you know to dial back the dosage a bit. Everyone is different and there is no magical one size fits all dosage. I would not recommend altering the dosage until you get past 2 weeks of use as during that time you will see symptoms in the form of bloating, gas, etc while your gut adjusts and gets cleaned out.

It is amazing. It is better than regular probiotics. Please, use it and you will see. A co-worker recommended it to me and after I tried I have bought it for everyone. No more heartburn. It has healed my gut. It probiotics and prebiotics together.

I was skeptical of buying this product after reading the negative feedback.. I ordered the Berry pomegranate; tasted pretty good maybe too sweet ; I DIDN’T experience burning of my throat like someone wrote or throwing it up.. it just didn’t do anything to me.. I was hopeful it would cause diarrhea since I suffer from gastroparesis .. nothing just like drinking flavored water .. I even used it 3 times daily !! Not everyone is the same I gave it 4 stars because it tasted pretty good

I am a career RN and have been vegetarian for over 30 years, so pretty healthy overall. Always was challenged by digestive issues; took a capsule pre/probiotic about a year ago to boost the intestinal flora, it did well, i went off it. This year i had trouble with gas, keeping weight down, bloating, general malaise, etc. so went looking again. Found Go Live, ordered two boxes and planned to take every day for 20 days. After two days - 2 days! - i felt SO much better. I did daily for one box, now at every other day and will continue with that indefinitely. Never plan to go off it! It is delicious, highly portable (great for travel), and so effective. THANK YOU to the team for providing this for us. I wish everyone knew how important gut health is to overall health.
