Very easy to use with good quality
Very easy to use with minimal setup. The package comes with three batteries so no need to buy extra ones. I use it for daily meal preparation, and bakery. The measurement seems to be accurate and the scale itself is light weight. Overall a good tool for the kitchen

Not what I thought
I thought this would be a great addition to my daily meals. None of the macros line up with my priorities. I am unable to change the protein, fats, carbs to what my dietary needs are. It often gives wrong calculations for food items as simple as eggs and has yet to pull exact information from a barcode. The scale weighs great but it seems hard to transfer back to the app. Also, the privacy policy says it will collect things even brushing your teeth, say what? Will be returning.

The scale is great but the app it works with is garbage. It worked great for 2 weeks but now it won’t stay working for more than 2 days so I lose all my records and all saved foods and meals.

food scale looks sleek and helpful for tracking
the stainless steel design looks modern and easy to clean. the display is clear, and it’s nice that it connects with an app to track calories and nutrients. seems like a good tool if you’re trying to eat more mindfully or manage portions. simple, clean, and smart.

Good for weighing food
If you download and utilize the app that is related with this scale, you can access a multitude of features associated with your food if that is something you want to incorporate into your day. I did download the app and started to join, however it started asking for a bunch of personal information that I was uncomfortable giving. I just wanted a scale for weighing my food!The base has four nonslip pads on the bottom that help keep it from moving around when placed on the counter. It will measure in fluid oz, lbs:oz, grams, milk ml and ml, all with an easy one touch button to switch between them. The display is easy to read and a battery indicator symbol is clearly visible at the top of the display window. It does requires 3AAA batteries because this is NOT a rechargeable scale. Honestly for the price, I believe it should have a rechargeable feature. In general as far as a food scale goes, this one does a fine job.One big flaw for me is the design and keeping it clean and sanitary. The scale itself is stainless steel but where it meets the plastic display there is a transition line that separates the two pieces. If not careful, food or liquid could easily seep in or get caught in that space. My thought is this should be a continuous piece with no opportunity for germs or dirt to live.
