Great facial coverage
I love this product! Was skeptical at first but applied it the morning of my son’s soccer game in 87 degree weather and did not have any sunburn or a sunglasses tan. The product is easy to use and feels so soft and light as opposed to many facial spf’s.

Must have
Read reviews and was hesitant. Idk how people spilled the powder when there's labeling on where to turn it to open. The bottom has a clean tape to keep you from opening the wrong one. I love the pull up lid. I do find the top lid does not stay well. Getting product out is random. Sometimes you get a lot sometimes not so much. Does it actually protect you from sun? Idk but I love it. Keeps me from being shinny and so compact.

Perfect except in water
The easiest possible application, you can’t feel it at all once it’s on. I’ve forgotten to wash it off before because you truly have no idea it’s there but it protects you, at least to a point.I used it at the pool, was there for 2 hrs, applied and re-applied after 1hr, also took breaks in the shade and I am cooked. I used it on my shoulders, chest and back and all those places are so bright red they’ll probably peel.Amazing for daily use, perfect product for sensory issues, never gets in my eyes, effortless application and no greasy hands afterwards. Just be wary in the water, the UV index was high but with 2 applications I should definitely not be this burnt.

I recommend over traditional sunscreen
Edit: January 19, 2025I have been using this powdered sunscreen for almost a month and it is almost time for a refill. I am curious how long it last for others. I have’t seen a mention of timeframe except someone mentioned it last a long time.I am not sure I can afford a refill every month to a month and half. But I also really do not want to go back to cream sunscreen. This powdered translucent(still has some color to it) leaves my face non-greasy and soft. So something that I recommend to the company increase how much powder you give the customer.A way my husband explained it to me is it would be no different than having a subscription. I do not have any subscriptions to anything so this would be like that for me.December 23, 2024So far I love this sunscreen! This is the first time I have used powder sunscreen. It is easy to use and I have not had any mechanical issues with the tube. The powder comes out as it should.I ordered the translucent powder 30spf. I wish I would have order the 50 since I am using it for my face, but I am still happy with the product.I love not having a white film or greasy face like traditional sunscreens give. I also love how you can order refills, which I will definitely be doing.

The previous translucent was better
I bought this a year ago and loved it, but I lost it so I had to get a new one. Whatever they did to change the translucent formula has made it o longer translucent, leaving an orange cast on my skin. Very disappointing, as I could use the previous version on the go, without needing to look in a mirror to make sure I don’t look like an Oompa Loompa.

Works with my autism sensory issues
I'm a millennial and growing up all we had (at least to my knowledge) was liquid sunscreen. I hated everything about it: the texture, the smell, and the look of the white cast (but everyone seems to hate that). I wouldn't wear sunscreen unless someone else put it on me, and even then, I'd grump the whole time. Fortunately I'm olive skinned and rarely used to burn, but unfortunately I'm getting older and I apparently burn easier now. Of course I'd also like to protect against skin cancer and aging.I mentioned needing to buy sunscreen for the first time in my life (obviously my parents bought it when I was a kid and I just straight up never bought any until now because I hated it and wouldn't wear it) to my sister who is so white she'll burn just at the mention of sun. She had the brilliant idea of using a makeup setting powder or powdered foundation with SPF and that's how I came across Colorescience's powdered sunscreen, but balked at the price. When looking for alternatives, I came across this which, in addition to being more affordable, has the added benefits of being translucent, refillable, and FSA eligible. This sunscreen does it for me in every way I can think of. The texture didn't bother me in the slightest. In fact, it feels kinda nice to run the brush over my skin. My super sniffer detects absolutely no smell at all, which I highly prefer even over "pleasant" smells. No white cast. It doesn't bother my eczema/sensitive skin even though it doesn't have the NEA seal (highly recommend, btw). It also doesn't bother my asthma like my sister warned against with spray sunscreens. I figured there's no way this would be water resistant but lo and behold, it's got that covered, too. I think the packaging is even elegant: great design and colors...not that that really matters.Expiration dates: don't forget about them like I did. I originally ordered the single with two eco refills for the best price per volume, but the expiration date was 23 months out. There's no way I'd use it all by then. So then I replaced it with just the single, which had an expiration date 30 months out. Maybe the singles with two eco refills are less popular so they sit around for longer, accounting for the sooner expiration date. Something to keep in mind.

Bottom broke off and powder destroyed my pocketbook, iPhone, and everything else in my pocketbook.
I used this powder twice. Then the bottom of the container broke off and filled my pocket book with powder. The power destroyed my pocket book and iPhone causing thousands of dollars in losses. The powder then went on my clothing requiring dry cleaning services. I took my pocketbook to a specialized bag cleaning service...they quoted me a ridiculous price to clean it and couldn't guarantee that they could restore it to its original condition. My iPhone can no longer charge because the charging port is full of powder. DO NOT BUY THIS
