Loved the taste of these and with no caffeine in them and it was great. They were easy to use and you can decide how much flavor you want. They were effective in helping unwind and helped with my water intake at night.

Delicious flavor, easy to use like any other mio. You do get fewer servings per bottle and the magnesium content was fairly low. I did fall asleep while drinking a bottle of water, but I'll probably just stick with taking regular magnesium and drinking the original mio flavors for this price.

I haven’t noticed any significant aid in calming down at night with this one, but I will say that the flavor is pretty apparent even with very little fluid. I use much less of this Mio than I would others, so it lasts longer and gets less sucralose in my system.

The strangle hold this item has on my household since we bought it. Price is super affordable, no caffeine that I can tell, and the taste is so good we bought the entire line of Unwind. After being caffeinated all day this brought a wonderful end of day peace to our nighttime ritual before bed.

Delicious taste, this is great in sodas. It is easy to use, one small squirt in your drink will do the trick. Of course you can add more for your desired level. I will definitely buy this again!

Now this is just my take on this.No, it was not bad. I get it, use as much or as alittle as you want type of deal but when I use it to my preference, it never lasts as long as I hope for. so the size, if I get the bigger one, I feel I am paying too much. but I do understand thats a me problem. for it to last longer, use less, I get it. but, maybe a slightly stronger flavor would entice people to use less, thats just my two cents on it.
