Works as advertised
I was using my Panasonic DVD recorder only to tape shows from its built-in tuner. When I bought it I figured I'd kill ten birds with one stone. It not only records TV shows to DVD and video tape put also plays most DVD & CD formats and it excepts SD cards and it has a USB input. And later, I found out that I can record my records from my turntable to tape CD or DVD! A jack-of-all-trades! But alas, a master of none. The worst part was the noise. I actually stopped listening to digital music all-together because of the noise. Plans were made to purchase the Oppo DP-83 universal disc player. But it would have to wait until I got my hands on $500. Then I read about isolation feet and their apparent miracle powers. Hyperbole, bah!I saw the IsoNodes and their relatively low price and figured I give them a shot.Nothing to lose I figured. I put four underneath the Panasonic DVD recorder and three under my Music Hall phono preamplifier. At first I wasn't too impressed even thought their was less apparent noise from the DVD player/recorder.This became really evident late at night when their was "less" noise in general from the outside world.(I live on a major street in Manhattan and for those who've never been..., believe it when you see the line, "The city that never sleeps".)Well, any ways, after a a couple of days when the IsoNodes, and me, had settled in, it all hit me suddenly. For the first time in my life I was actually able to sit through a CD listening session for more than one CD. Previously I would get quickly fatigued and disinterested. Something that rarely happened with records. I was hearing detail and complexity that I had only previously heard from my analog set-up. Folks, these thing work! It's like I have a new, better DVD player for less than $30. Now if your equipment already has good isolation they may not make that much of a difference. But if you have low to mid-fi stuff you just might be in for a pleasant surprise.

Work Great!
According to experts, vibration from home theater components sitting on a shelf can render poor video and sound quality. We had invested in high quality home theater equipment, with a high tech component rack with glass shelves. This was a massive investment for us. But, we decided we should go the extra mile and further invest in good stabilization to get the best possible results. We were hoping the stabilization wasn't going to cost an arm and leg, though. I read about these feet in an on-line review of similar products. Other anti-vibration products were outrageously priced, so we thought we'd start with these first. Our home theater installer was skeptical that they would make a difference, but he tested the TV picture and receiver sound quality with and without them. He was really surprised at how much improvement they made. He now includes them in his installation tool bag. The only downside we've found is that their adhesive is not very powerful. Whenever I dust underneath the components, the feet become loose and I have to reseat them. A slight irritation for an otherwise fabulous and cost effective product.

Worked awesome!
I bought this set of 8 with intentions of using only 4 of them and to keep 4 as a backup. I put them on the bottom of my DirecTV DVR in my bedroom. Where the DVR and TV are located at is in a corner, and all the sound seemed to resonate out of the corner and into the room. This didn't stop the noise from the hard drive (I fully did not expect it to) but there was always a low resonating hum that came from the unit. I didn't realize it was there until one day the power went out and I heard how quiet it was. When I placed my had on the DVR is had a constant vibration that was causing the hum. If I picked it up off of the top of the dresser the hum went away. Putting these on the bottom of it has eliminated it 100%.After seeing how it did on the DVR, I decided to use the other 4 on the bottom of my Desktop PC. Did a great job of silencing a hum that I had there that I had not noticed until it was gone.I am tempted to get another set once I can afford them for my other PC and DVR in the living room.

Worked great for my Xbox 360...
My Xbox 360 Elite is extremely loud, as Xbox's go. These vibration feet worked very well for damping the vibration and sound in my TV cabinet and with the glass door closed I can't even tell when its running at all. There have been times when I accidentally remote started my console and didn't know until I looked down to see that green "X" display flashing. I used the on a pair of speakers to for which they worked very well, but I would surely recommend to any one with an Xbox gaming console to but a set of these and use them! So far no Red Ring of Death...

No more footfall skips.
Had problems walking around my turntable or shutting doors without my records skipping. with my pro-ject debut carbon dc turntable it is very sensitive. I put these under its feet and its gone completely. once I bought these and isolated it worked great. I even jump around it and nothing. just bought this last bunch to put under my speakers to isolate them . they sound even better. best product so good.

Great service, not so great product
These were recomended to be used as isolation dampers for speakers, however the durometer of the urethane used is far too soft for this application if you have speakers weighing more than 10 kg or so. After 2 weeks of use I had to move one of the speakers off its stand only to find the Isonodes had completely flattened out and stuck to the underside of the speaker. As I tilted the speaker back and forth the isonodes tore away from the adhesive side, ripping paint off the base of my stands in the process. Now I have these slimey balls of torn rubber hanging off the bottom of my speakers...not what I paid for.
