Reviews are right. This is a huge bag. And to be clear - I’m not a cross fit dude, I just carry a lot of crap around. This does the job. Some good to know features as well: has Molle system and hook and loop panel on interior of back which works great for a lot of the other tac style gear I have. Love this bag.For my fellow travelers - beware: you jam this puppy up, it’s not going to fit under the seat in front of you. No chance. So I’ve had to be selective about what to load it down with so it has some give to mash it under there or I just use another bag for when I’m on flights. Just a heads up.

First off the bright pink is originally what sold me on the bag, but I have to say that all of the pockets and compartments are the part I now really appreciate. My grips, lifters, water bottle, jump rope, and even band aids and tape (thanks to the travel case) all have a designated space. Don’t be fooled by the name “mini.” This bag can store a lot!I’ve also used this backpack on several trips and it works great as my personal item in addition to a carry on for flights. I will note that if you fill it to the brim with objects that aren’t super pliable you may not be able to fit it under your seat, so just keep that in mind. For travel, I was able to fit a pair of shoes, a small crossbody purse, an extra outfit, water bottle, snacks, iPad, and computer in it no problem.Since the photo was taken I have also accumulated a ton of patches, which are super fun to make the bag your own! Highly recommend!

Hopefully this will help some folks who rush from work to the gym (or gym to work) need to have a place to fit all their gear, food, keys, etc... and don’t want to drop 2x the price. This thing rocks!I migrated from a large messenger bag to this one after much deliberation.I was looking for a bag large enough and with organized compartments to make it from work, change out of my work clothes, fold them (shoes, belt, shirt, jacket, etc) and put in this huge pack, grab what I need for the CF box and then throw it in the cubby.This thing it meant to be filled up, thrown around, with lots of compartments, handles, three on the outside for cell phone, keys, grips, food, jump rope, wallet, you name it... then the sides for water bottle, etc.Inside there is a modular bag that’s velcro to hold toiletries or whatever. There is also a zip out feature in the bottom to expand this already huge bag into a mega bag.Zippers rock, they all have loops to grab more quickly, most are seam sealed, velcro and compression straps, great styling, and it’s just well thought out.I do use this primarily for my daily CrossFit workouts and occasional competitions. Lots of compliments, super durable.

Love this bag. It's perfect for all my rope bondage gear. I can fit 12 hanks of 30ft rope plus three 15 foot hanks and a 10 foot hank, both my ring and my rigging plate, blindfolds, earplugs, cutting tools, runners/slings, neuroanatomy cheat sheet, etc. The zippers are durable and all the pockets are fantastic. Very happy with my purchase.

One star is giving this bag way more credit than is deserved. I got this because I saw so many reviews boasting the storage capacity of this bag (the pink "mini") I opted for this size mainly because the images/description posted seemed well suited for my needs (daily basics and gym gear). The regular size is described as a monster bag, depicted more like that of a hiking pack than a backpack/gym bag, and thus seemingly oversized for my daily use. What I received is barely big enough to fit my daily take alongs, which I had no trouble fitting in my current (smaller) backpack. The setup of this bag makes it impossible to neatly/comfortably fit my things, let alone add my gym clothes into the mix. Could not fit my sneakers if I wanted to put anything else in this bag (one pair of Nikes, nothing crazy). I had to opt out of putting my sneakers in, just so I could fit my essentials, and gym clothes (1 pair of leggings, a sports bra, and a tank). I don't even know where any of my things are, because I had to play Tetris with my stuff to get things to fit. Trying to open the zippers was frustrating to the point of almost giving up entirely. By the time I finally jammed my stuff into this bag, I was beyond aggravated. Also, the excessive use of useless straps is well, useless. I got this so that I could stop carrying 2 separate bags every day, but to my disappointment, that is not the case. Honestly, I'm too irritated to take the time right now to take all my stuff back out of this so I can return it, but it will most definitely be returned.

I have only had this bag for a week, so I cannot tell you how much abuse it can handle. It appears to be well made and has more compartments than I have gear for. Two awesome additions to this bag are the toiletry bag, which Velcro’s to the inside of the main compartment and the shoe/wet gym clothes compartment In the bottom of the bag.Can’t go wrong with this bag.

The product is excellent. The weight is lighter than the older ones which is good. But could they skim off a little more weight? Great back. Granny likes it.

I decided to go bright and smaller vice big and military colors. I used my bag for deployment travel, and it didn’t disappoint. I had two pairs of clothes, all my chargers in the middle Velcro pocket, my laptop, my tablet, my folders for travel, then those pockets full with travel supplies. Highly recommend... the front zipper is genius it made getting my stuff out easier never had to dig too ok the bottom. I wish I had taken a pic to show all how packed I had it plus the travel pillow, and water bottle on the outside.I believe I recruited those I traveled with to visit bear komplex 😉.

Really wanted to love this pack. It has a great a design, but a really poor execution with the quality of the materials. Main zipper stopped working altogether after less than 2 months of normal use. Emailed Bear Complex customer service, haven't heard back from them, gave them my order number as they asked for, haven't heard back since. I would advise against purchasing this bag.
