Garden of Life please don't you ever stop making these and do NOT change the formula! These are literally a God send for me. I have had major digestive issues that no gastro doctor could ever diagnose for over 15 years. This may be too much information, but my everyday symptoms were flatulence, constipation and diarrhea, random butt/colon rumblings that never went away, not even with a bowel movement or gas passing. This has been for years. I tried a different probiotic years ago from Garden of Life and I remember it helped me a lot. So I came across the brand on Amazon and saw this one specifically for the colon health. I took it for the first time a few days ago and immediately started feeling itchy all over my body. That told me it was clearly working through my system doing some good. I had a different probiotic for female health that did the same thing and cleared up an issue I had for so many years. That's how I knew this one was working. Afterwards, I had barely any gas, it was some but not excessive like the flatulence I've always had before. I had regular bowel movements and most importantly no embarrassing colon/butt growling! I am so happy and pleased. And this is working wonders without me eating clean. Very thankful and will continue to invest and buy this product! Thank you Garden of Life for increasing the quality of mine and giving me my life back! I am not clear of all digestive issues and there's still work on my end to do, but with the help of this product it's cleared the main ones that have plagued me up. Nothing but up from here!

I took this after a colonoscopy messed up my regularity. It took at least 3 weeks to start noticing a difference, so stick it out.

Work great, but only 27 pills in the bottle. I developed IBS-C about a year ago and these help with the bloating and discomfort and help keep things moving (with diet and plenty of water). Bummer they short change the amount given the high price tag.

I really like this; I usually go every day, but it's not as regular. This product makes me go every day! I've tried about ten different ones, and this is the one that has helped me the most.

These Garden of Life 50 Billion are my favorite probiotics. I have had IBS all my life. No matter where I was, I had to plan for a bathroom to be handy, which ruled out some activities like some beaches in Charleston that don't offer public restrooms. Here in my 70s I heard about probiotics and this was the brand I was recommended in a doctor's office. One a day is sufficient to help my gut slow its roll and way reduce urgency. I've used the women's Garden of Life one and other brands, plus theirs at 80 Billion, but this one is the best for me.

It’s a great product…but was very warm when I got it (it was brought in very quickly so as not to destroy the potency)…I will not be ordering’sensitive products from Amazon again

I have been taking them now for about 2 weeks and have not yet noticed any difference. Maybe it's to early???
