This is the best back pack ever I'm so popular for Amazon costumer both this product the app works but wen you create the account to control the pictures on your back pack when needed to find e mail is on trash e mail not in you mail I have the trouble so it works just to little complicated but easy to understand I don't no why when the app send you the number don't show on you e mail top it show in trash e mail I got so frustrated because the instructions won't show you how but is a nice beautiful back pack

This bag has been quite the attention getter! Using it to advertise my products without having to say a word is fabulous! I become a living, breathing, walking billboard everywhere I go without the added expense. Clear and easy to read. Love that you can download gifs!I only wish that the two smaller pockets inside were deeper and wider. One of my battery packs is long and slim, the other short and wide, so neither can be secured inside either pocket by the velcro.It's a good bag, sturdy, doesn't feel cheap and I'd definitely order again!

I got this backpack specifically for Disneyland trips, I went this last weekend and was complimented by guests and cast members alike. Its storage and organizing pockets made going through security a breeze. The absolutely only thing I would change is the app and how it operates. The search function doesn’t work, the transferring from the app to the bag is inconsistent and slow, and uploading Gifs doesn’t always work.

My son loves this! He’s the only one at his school who has one of these and everyone is wanting one now. It works well and is totally worth the price!I recommend buying extra battery packs though.That’s the only complaint my son has is that it doesn’t stay charged for a very long amount of time. It does stay charged through most of his school day though. It’s usually dead the last hr of school for him.

The media could not be loaded. Before you think about buying it, please buy a power bank, which is needed for this backpack in order for you to go places with it. Other than that, it's a nice college backpack if you don't manage alot of classes. That or if you just want a travel bag, this'll do just fine aswell. Especially since it's water proof.

Shipping box was not damaged, but the plastic packaging for the backpack was ripped in multiple places and led screen is scratched.The Instructions were crinkled up and looked to have fingerprints on it from someone's Greasy fingers.Unfortunately I'll be returning it, and looking for another.There is also something wrong with the LED screen. In one of the pictures, you can see something (plastic) that's stuck at the bottom of the LED screen. It blocks the bottom of the led screen and its noticeably visible.

I bought two of these backpacks from two different vendors this is the second one. This one software does not auto convert animations into 64x64 pixel and is very picky about uploading anything that is not quite the right ratio. Well the prior purchase the software automatically converted the ratio to 64x64 and had free conversion software to convert any other images or animations you want to that. This backpack has been significantly lacking these features. Overall the construction quality of a backpack seems to be on par with the other one. However user friendly is extremely important especially for individuals who are not technologically inclined. This backpack software could use some work.
