Mystic Monk is easily THE BEST coffee I have ever had. If you go over to their website, you can get an idea of all their different brands-Midnight Vigil is excellent, as is their Cowboy Blend. In addition to their coffee, they also really cool hooded sweatshirts and mugs-I have both. Try this coffee--you won't be disappointed!

Appearance and aroma of beans: Opening the bag is a wonderful introduction. Nice, rich, nutty-chocolate. No oils seeping through to the surface and getting stale and yucky. Just want to huff on that bag when it is empty!Flavor: Glorious! Exactly what the beans promise.Tips: I keep the beans in a Bodum airtight glass canister. They go from there to my trusty, very old KitchenAid coffee mill. Set the grind around 6. When milling, I do a slow count for the number of cups I want. Perfect taste. Tastes like wonderful fresh coffee should taste.Coffee Heaven. Bless those monks!

I have bought the whole bean version of this coffee blend. I found it delicious. It is dark and tasty. I have bought it to use it in the expresso machine as well as in the Bonavita drip coffee machine. It does a good job in both cases. I drink a cup of this coffee in the morning, that's great to start the day. The packaging is well put together. It is completely hermetic once closed, but it is also easy to open. The 2lbs packaging is the perfect size for my consumption. I highly recommend this brand and would like to see more 2lbs options among their large range of bean coffees.

With all the rave reviews, I was really looking forward to trying this coffee. I purchased the two pound Midnight Vigils blend. I use a French press, and I grind my coffee just before brewing. This blend was just okay. Perhaps my expectations got the better of me. I wanted more body, more flavor, and more richness, all of which seemed somewhat muted and flat. It was disappointing. I was left wanting instead of being sated.

Awesome Coffee! As soon as I opened the Amazon box the beautiful aroma of Rum Pecan filled my entire house. I opened the bag and was greeted by the glossiest coffee beans I had ever seen. I was overcome by excitement and I had to brew up some coffee right away. I ground the beans, placed the grounds in my pour over and enjoyed a cup of the best coffee I have ever had. Believe me, I don't just call any old coffee "the best" but this isn't any old coffee. This is Mystic Monk Coffee! And it is Awesome!

Love the Mystic Monk blend. My husband and I have used the Lavazza Pienaroma whole beans for years. I had been searching for something a little more robust and came across this brand. Gave it a shot and absolutely love it. Will now buy this from now on. It also makes a fantastic iced coffee. You now have a new customer!!!

I was told about this coffee for a few months now and decided to try it. It’s smooth, good flavor, but the beans are very oily. I read the reviews the beans were oily, but to me they are very oily. The flavor is good though with bold flavor. I don’t know if I would buy it again.

Love this product, please keep this in stock. It if my favorite and go-to coffee every day. Love the grind, works perfect with my keurig; of course, using my insert to use with ground coffee and not k-cups. So, this makes it very affordable to use this product with ease. Love, love, love this product!
