It doesn't specify what are the specific measurements of Xlarge is. All I know is that Large has leg lengths that shrink to about 3-4 inches shorter than what is acceptable. I'll probably cut them off to be used for shorts.

Very comfortable I'm 36 to 38 waist and wear an XL

Q: Are these made in the USA?

Made in China. The Large I ordered usually means 32" inseam length. The 3 pairs are no more than 30" length. Nice quality cotton, good design, but for me they are a waste of money and will make good quality rags.
