It didn't taste too bad and blended into my smoothie just fine

I decided to try Food to Live--and I am so very glad I did. Food to Live is far superior in taste, and a much better price than others selling Sacha Inchi powder. Their powder seems, to me, to be denser and very flavorful, you really get that peanut butter scent and taste. In addition to that, it's raw, which is also fantastic. Great company, great product!

This is my go-to wheat flour replacement! It bakes great and is an awesome addition to anything that needs additional structure like meatloaf or smoothies. I’m so happy I found this flour!

My war time injuries have lead to an extreme external hernia that cannot be fixed by surgery. I have had years of miserable constriction to my intestines. Within two weeks of taking this product I have become entirely regular in bowel movements. If you have issues with regular bowel movements I would highly recommend giving this product a try.

This is the second kind of sachi inchi I've tried. The first was from MRM, and unfortunately I can't find more of that anywhere. It was nutty and had a nice flavor. This one, however, is much lighter and doesn't smell or taste particularly good, or nutty. It's edible and I'll use it all, but I won't buy it again. I wish I had tried a smaller size (it's expensive!), and if it were possible to return opened food I would have.

I use it in my smoothie. Lots of protein, no chalky taste.

This is supposed to be very fabulous for us so I guess it’s necessary.
