OK if you have to be gluten free
I'd stick with the real thing if you possibly can. This has a little bit of a bitter taste after you use it.Real soy sauce is much better, but if you have to go gluten free and love sushi this is a good second option.

Gluten free soy sauce.
I tried the soysauce and thought it did not taste like regular soysuce at all. It did not have much taste to it at all I thought. I will not order again.

A soy sauce I can eat!
I was delighted to find out about this gluten free soy sauce. And, after not being able to find it where I live, I was delighted to find I could buy it through amazon.com. I enjoy the flavor of soy sauce and have missed eating it for the last few years due to gluten intolerance. I'm happy to be able to cook with it again! I haven't resorted to carrying it to restaurants with me, but I'm thinking about it.

This is about the only one I haven't liked. Well La Choy is awful
I have used a variety of soy and tamari sauces. This is about the only one I haven't liked. Well La Choy is awful, too.

tasty gluten free sauce
It surprised me when I read (after so many years) that most soy sauce has wheat as a primary ingredient. I used to just be looking out for MSG. This sauce is tasty and light. It would be nice if the price were a bit lower.

Finally! A low-salt gluten-free seasoning!
This is wonderful stuff! Great for seasoning veggies and rice. Thank you, Amazon, for locating this hard-to-find item for us. Connie & Dom

Organic + Gluten Free! Can't get this in HK....
LOVE this tamari, it's gluten free, organic and tastes great! I also love that it's made in the US. I'm from HK and you can't get this stuff over there (everything there is made in China). My family loves it and everytime I go back to HK I buy it in bulk. All the Wan Ja Shan sauces taste great and are extremely good value for the quality you get. It's a brand I trust.
