I picked this up out of curiosity more than anything—I already take a general probiotic, but I saw this was made specifically for women and thought, why not?Honestly, it works well. I’ve felt pretty balanced, digestion’s been smooth, and no weird side effects. It definitely seems like it’s doing something good. That said, I’m still on the fence about whether a separate “vaginal” probiotic is totally necessary if you're already taking a solid multi-strain probiotic.Giving it 4 stars because while it’s a quality product, I’m not 100% convinced it’s essential on top of a good all-around probiotic. Still, if you’re looking to target women’s health more specifically, this is a good one to try.

i have pcos and this is great!

These kind of probiotics are so good for women. Everything is great except I don't understand why they had to put rice flour in it? Companies need to be more selective with what they allow in there ingredients list. If that was not in there, then these would be pretty clean.
