I LOVE this griddle.
No, it does not cook evenly, however, it does cook well. Yes, it does have faults, one edge does lift, its not as sturdy as my other paula deen cookware, but boy does it make a mighty good grilled cheese (up to 4 regular sized sandwiches at a time) and will much less mess than the huge griddle i usually use.it is still good quality, and if you can live with its FEW faults i say GET IT! if you just dont want a griddle that doesn't heat perfectly even, stick with the large plug in sunbeam types, they're very good and get the job done even better than this one.

Great Flat Griddle
I bought this square griddle 3 years ago and I still love it today. Durable, washes easily, food still doesn't stick to it. It has slowly warped, just ever so slightly over the years, but I think a lot of it has to be from going from a gas stove in our old house to an electric in our new house & it must've conformed to the grills over the flame. I would most definitely buy again

Non-stick is great
The griddle works great with the non-stick surface. I was hoping it would be a little heavier pan, but it's fine.

Beautiful, durable and easy to clean
Love my Paula Deen pans. I do hand wash always, but they are so easy to clean it's not even a chore. I've had most my set for over 2 years and they barely look used. Still adding on here and there.

Perfect size
I can cook four pancakes or eggs at a time. It also comes in handy for grilling sandwiches and quesadillas. Cleans really well. Just be sure to use a little butter, oil or pan spray, a little goes a long way.

Good solid grip and does not feel cheap!
I bought my wife all new pans and seen this one and purchased it with the big set.I figured it would work great for pancakes and such. she uses it for everything. had it for a while now and it still sits flat on the stove. No warping at all. Good solid grip and does not feel cheap. Good product.

Love it, love it!
I was given a Paula Deen cookware set for Christmas and have been slowly adding to it. I was a little apprehensive about buying this griddle as the reviews I read weren't too encouraging, but as I've learned, its best to follow Paula's instructions and there are no problems. With this griddle, watch your heat and center it on the burner and your pancakes or whatever will cook perfectly.

Very poor quality.
I read the previous reviews about warping, but I had points to use so i thought I'd give this griddle a try. Not worth the $2 and change this thing cost. It was actually warped right out of the box. It is made of the same flimsy material the cheap ones at walmart are made out of. The only redeeming quality is that it is the same color as the rest of our Paula Deen cookware, which is aesthetically very nice. Spend a little extra money and get a nice heavy giddle with a nice flat cooking surface.
