I have a problem with my hip flexor and back. I use it while working in the yard and around the house. If you follow the instructions of how to properly wear this groin compression wrap, it does what it advertises. Now I can take walks and stay active which also helps with the pain. I am very grateful to Fire Forge Athletics for this fantastic product. It also stays surprisingly clean and fresh smelling after being worn in the hot summer. It was worth every penny!

I was recently diagnosed with High Hamstring Neuropathy, (inflammation of the tendon that attaches the Hamstring to the Hip). It hurts sitting down or moving in the wrong direction, even walking. I bought this product as a support for my hamstring. Though it does not completely eliminate the pain it provides a decent amount of support to allow me to work and live more comfortably and get through the daily exercises I perform to rehabilitate the tendon.

I purchased this for my daughter. She is an avid runner and injured her hip during a cross country meet she uses it daily for support

The hip brace worked well as support for late post hip replacement. Mostly, it gave a sense of comfort in knowing the extra support was there.

Best to wear only at night while sleeping because women need to remove it to use a rest room!

I like the waistband,but if it took the shape of the leg with out straps good fix better.

Did not really seem to do much. Don't know if that was the fault of the brace or how or what I was using it for. Sorry

This product does not support the hip joint. I have a torn labrum and needed to limit mobility, this was not the right product to do that.
