Updated and expanded review after using this chair for a few months.Overall, this is a great chair for the money. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the models that cost thousands of dollars, but it does have a zero gravity setting, heated areas and controllable firmness and strength.I purchased this because my husband fell in love with a family member's much (much) more expensive chair. This chair hit all our "must haves" and out budget for a purchase.The great:Shipping was quicker than promised. It took a few days rather than the initially estimated 2 weeks. Be aware, though, assembly is best done with two (strong) people.The calf massagers on this chair are in my opinion superior to the more expensive models. I don't feel as if my legs are being squeezed to a cramp-inducing fare-thee-well, just a comfortable massage.The recline is terrific and can be controlled incrementally. The back can be set at any point from upright to a nearly full recline.The chair is about the size of a typical recliner. Many other massage chairs are very large and cumbersome. The foot rest on this model doesn't just out very far from the unit, so there's no trip hazard. It's also basic yet attractive leather, so it fits in easily with other furniture.The heat feature works great. I appreciate that it's a simple on/off without many frills to mess with.The seat vibration also works flawlessly. I don't personally like it or use it, but if it's a feature you're looking for it's good quality on this chair.The good:The arm massage is pleasant, but not as firm as it could be. It's also a bit difficult to use in combination with a full recline, although I've found this to be a problem on most models I've looked at.The shoulder massage is very nice, but it can be difficult to find the "just right" position at first or after changing the recline. I've found there to be a bit of scooting and readjusting required.The OK:Because I have back problems, the lower back massagers are a bit too intense for my liking even at the lowest setting. I place a pillow before turning it on to reduce the contact. My husband appreciates the intensity of the back massage. If you like massages where your lower back is firmly kneaded, this is definitely the chair for you.The built-in speaker is cumbersome mechanically. It's great to connect to Bluetooth to listen to a podcast or audio book, but the speakers are, as I expected, a bit too tinny for music. The built in music plays automatically when it's powered on. It's unclear how to turn this feature off completely; the only solution I've found so far is to set it to Bluetooth mode with no device connected or audio playing. This isn't a major complaint, just something to be aware of when you turn it on.The bad:When I first received and assembled the chair, it worked well on a test run. Later in the evening I sat down to use it; the remote control was dead and the chair was stuck on the last setting. The only solution was to leave it off. After some back and forth with the seller to determine the problem, I was shipped a new motherboard and controller along with installation instructions. The chair now works great without any hiccups. If you have problems with your chair, the seller will take care of them, although it might take a little longer than you'd prefer or expect to get the parts from the supplier. It took a few weeks to get the new parts, which was inconvenient but overall worth the wait considering the quality and price of the chair.

ProsPrice, price, price – Of course the full features/material are not comparable to the $2-3K massage chairs, but you can’t beat the price especially with 3 years warranty.Fast delivery – We purchased the massage chair on 12/29 and received the chair on 1/4. The UPS delivery men even moved the boxes all the way into our living room.Easy assembly – Chair assembly took a little longer than expected but still relatively easy considering the size of massage chair. Manufacturer could have done a better job for paper and Youtube instructions.Functional as advertised – Everything is functional as expected for full body massage. I didn’t expect the audio option, it comes with preloaded songs but you can replace them easily on the memory card.ConsFoot extender – It is not long enough for people over 6 feet tall, so my husband wasn’t able to massage the lower part of his leg with this chair.Hand held control – The buttons are confusing, and again the documentation is insufficient to explain all the features and options available.

Purchased this chair because I need it after work and I had sat in almost every massage chair at a retail store - the high ends and the low ends. In my opinion this chair competes with the high end chairs that cost thousands of dollars. Per the video link they sent to assemble the chair, it was up in about an hour - no issues. I have used it weekly since purchase and recommend it for anyone who is wavering. The 3-year warranty was a factor in my decision making. Still have not used all the different programmed massages but I'm glad it offers various options. The product arrived as expected in 3 boxes and was well packaged overall. My chair had a nick on one of the edges at the base that caused a piece of plastic to break off but this did not impact the functionality of the chair and there was no need to return it for that. Good product so far....

I was skeptical at first because of the price, then I did some research and read the reviews so decided to give it a try.The shipment comes in 3 boxes, 1 is very heavy. Good thing i have a hand truck, I couldn't lift it by myself.Installation is very simple, just follow the directions on the youtube link provided.The chair is very nice, I love it. The only thing is, it was missing a part on the right head rest.. there's supposed to be 3 screws but the middle one was missing.. but whatevers, it comes with a 3 year warranty, so I should be good

****UPDATE-recieved part that broke in a timely manner, husband replaced, works GREAT! We love this chair so much I have ordered one fue my parents for their 39th anniversary! End of updated review **** We absolutely love this chair!! However - we received it on Friday - my husband and I used it a couple times that day and worked great! The next day my husband started to use the chair and the "actuator" on the reclining part of the chair "snapped" when he sat in the chair. (He is average guy at about 180 pounds) We have made contact w/ the seller who has contacted the manufacturer about the part. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. In the mean time - the chair still massages - but it will not recline electronically - it just falls backwards because of the broken part. All of that being said - this chair is simply AMAZING for the price and I would recommend it (even w/ the problem we are having) to EVERYONE! Well worth the price!! Again the seller returned my call/email promptly and is working to resolve the issue I am having. Overall - I am very pleased at this point (pending replacement part) and will update review when I receive the part from seller/manufacturer.

The foam pillow inserts for the chair were not included. It would be nice for you to have them sent. The chair is unusable at this point without the Foam pillows. This error in shipment should be corrected.
