I enjoyed the art represented. A lovely reflection on passing seasons.

This is a really great book featuring many of the artists's woodblock prints. There's a bio section, but most of it are pages and pages of his amazing prints! I took this to a gathering with my friends and everyone loved looking through it. great quality book. I wish there was a newer book out with his most recent works, but still... amazing!

Nice coffee table book, tho not oversized. Starts with an excellent essay on Ohtsu's life and work followed by beautifully photographed examples of his prints. Well worth the price and a worthwhile addition to any library of 20th century Japanese prints.
