Okay so I don’t usually write long reviews however this was one of the hardest purchases I ever made and I’ll tell you why. I looked on Amazon for about 2 weeks straight! I mean I searched for hours and hours because I’m very particular about the design type and I pretty much couldn’t find one that would 1) fit the style of my suitcase and 2) provide a cool design but subtle enough not be an eye sore.Anyhow, I have all samsonite suitcases set and the recently I bought IT suitcase set and the top handle is right in front of the pull handle. It’s not the standard design of the old school suitcase. This cover is not the thickest because I found other thicker covers however it has great elasticity and the XL fits my blue samsonite 31” (diagonal) suitcase very snug. It’s not loose however it wasn’t overly stretched out. The small cover definitely fits the carry on size for the samsonite brand and the IT travel brand as well. However it’s not a tight fit. There is a bit of room however it looks snuck and not loose. I choose this design because it displays many different popular places in the world and the colors and patterns are not hard on the eyes. It’s not a childish design. It’s pretty cute. I am a plain Jane and prefer a solid cover however I want to be able to identify my suitcase all while protecting it from scratches & dirt. I have the hard shell case and it’s very Durable however I hate how dirty my suitcase looks. I mostly use clorox wipes to wipe it down but this is a better option. I love the big cut out at the top to provide the access to the pull handle instead of the other cover that provide two separate holes at the top.I see other reviews where it ripped after first use but these airline baggage handlers don’t handle bags with much care. The one downside is that the side handle on my suitcases are not centered and the invisible opening is at the center. Either way I’m ok with it because at least I can open it to access that particular handle. Everything can’t be perfect. I think it does the job. Get it! I will update it with any new additional info.

Haven’t used it for a trip yet, but here are initial observations.The plastic is a little thicker than one I purchased from another company; the holes where the handles are are sufficiently large to accommodate differences in handle placements; and the cover has a nice square shape so it has a nice form-fitting shape.Additionally, I like the fact that it’s clear all the way around so the seam color lets the color of the suitcase itself to come through. There is a light-to-medium gray fabric used for the bottom seams and the velcro section, but since they’re at the bottom, the gray is not noticeable.

If you want to protect your luggage from scratches after checking it in, this works well. However, it has a design flaw if your intent is to look less conspicuous with higher-end luggage in sketchy areas (which is why I bought it): there is no second top hole for the collapsible walking-guide handle. The cover has four zippers: one for a handle on each side and one to clasp it onto the luggage at the bottom between the wheels. The only way to align the cover with the handles on the side is to align the top hole with the top carrying handle. However, that leaves the walking extendable-handle with no hole to come through. I make it work but it stretches the hole so gaping on top that I’m concerned it will tear. Ideally, it would have a second zip hole for the collapsible walking-guide handle.The fabric seems decently durable but not the best I’ve seen and it is much heavier than I expected. Ir is stretchy enough to fit even my Rimowa Classic Trunk, but just barely.

Durable. Beautiful, bold colors, got lots of compliments. Made my luggage easy to recognize. Easy to put on. Stayed put on my luggage.

Worked great, fit over bag perfect not too tight or loose, measured a bit short in length than stated, was able to connect strong tabs for a secure fit that stayed intact both ways, no tears or breakage, kept bag clean, provides added security and clear allows bag color to be visible for easy ID, very happy with last minute purchase!!! Now, come up with wheel protection!!!

The Suitcase Protector is stylish and practical. I’ve used it on several trips now, and it has done an excellent job of protecting my suitcase from scratches, and dirt.The stretchy material fits snugly over my suitcase. Fits BÉIS large check in roller! Durable plastic! Even came with some cool little travel stickers to decorate it with.

Cover fit well over my new luggage but after taking it out on my 1st trip since purchase, it has snags & tears all over and the bottom zipper was broken. Luggage was not damaged so i guess it fulfilled it’s intended purpose. More concerned about the broken zipper. Will be looking for another one with a better bottom closure before next trip.
