suprisingly helpful
It is nice to have this up while stretching. It is surprisingly motivating, and It really helps me to get a good proper exercise. Durable and also find the belt to be of good use and durability. Glad I bought.

Can't use the chart...osteoporosis and discs don't allow me to bend that way
Great strap. I use the strap in my yoga practice, but I don't rely on the poster, as it has a lot of postures that I am not allowed to do. I have herniated discs in my neck and lower back, as well as osteopenia/osteoporosis, so I'm not allowed (and it causes pain, anyway) to do such flexion and extension. The basic ideas on the poster are great, but I should have searched further for more streamlined exercises on a poster.
