Update: I have to give this company a lot of credit. The company read my review and reached out via email to rectify the situation. They took back the defective wraps and sent me a new pair right away. I was very impressed with their handling of this situation and the great customer service. Even in this digital world, nothing beats good old fashioned customer service. My review of the wraps is so far so good and I noticed a lot of support. They are definitively stiff and there is a fine line between support and cutting off circulation. Once I find that, I think these will increase my lifts and definitely arm strain. First off, I bought the Nordic Knee Sleeves (assuming it's the same company) and have been super happy with them (they are the first pair I've ever owned/used) so I automatically went for this brand with the wrist supports because of my satisfaction with their other product. Well, I just received them, and although they are way more rigid than the ipow's I have now, they are poorly stitched and are even missing stitching in some spots. So they are basically unusable right out of the box. Needless to say, I am super disappointed and will be retiring them. I have already ordered another pair from a different manufacturer/seller.

I have been using the Schiek Sport Wrist Wraps for about 3 years. I have not been impressed at all. They are too soft and I never felt like I got any benefit from wearing them. I have heard my friends rave about wrist wraps and I never understood why. I decided it was time to upgrade my wrist wraps. I went through Reddit to find threads and was torn between a few common brands when I stumbled upon Nordic. I am going to be honest that I felt like I was completely taking a risk on these wrist straps. I have not heard of Nordic Lifting, but the reviews were excellent. If it hadn't been for the Prime shipping I probably wouldn't have pulled the trigger.Let me just say that I was completely wrong. I had nothing to be afraid of. These wrist straps are like night and day compared to what I had before. The quality is amazing. There is very little stretch, but enough to make them tight. When fully applied, they don't totally cut off circulation, but provide more than enough support. The material is rough, but I didn't notice any abrasions on my skin or any markings from using them. I will be getting a lot of use out of these for sure. I used them for a bench session and will be using them for pressing in a few days. My confidence soared yesterday through all my lifts. I even wore them for curls and noticed a little more focus on the movement then I had before (maybe it was mental, who knows). I can't wait to put them back on and get to pressing.The price on Amazon is a little cheaper than some of the top brands. They are definitely worth it if you are looking for something solid as I was. If you want stretch and a little more give, you might want to look elsewhere. Combine with Prime shipping (it made it to me in one day) and there is no reason not to pull the trigger.

This was the first pair of wrist wraps I had ever gotten. I've recently been getting more into powerlifting and have been doing a lot of heavy pressing. I'd injured my wrist a couple years ago, and every so often it flairs up, so I thought I'd be proactive in trying to prevent anything happening during my workouts. Because these are the only pair I've ever had, and I've only been using them for about two weeks, I don't have much to compare them to, but thus far they've served me very well. They arrived exactly as described, in a nice package with instructions on how to put them on (not that there's much instruction needed; you literally just wrap them around your wrist). They feel very durable, not cheap at all. They are labeled "R" and "L", just so you keep the velcro pad on the right side. They fit perfectly well, the velcro strip lies nice and flat. Also, they look pretty cool. Honestly, I'm still getting used to how they feel when I'm lifting. I only use them when I'm doing 90% of my max or higher on either overhead press or bench. The first time I squatted with a belt, it felt super natural and like I was finally squatting the way I was supposed to squat. I was expecting to have the same revolutionary experience with using wrist wraps, but that hasn't quite been the case. However, I don't believe that has anything to do with the product itself, just getting used to this new method of lifting, which I really imagine will be better for me in the long run.Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. And by the way, if you buy them, you'll get a couple of emails over the course of a couple weeks from the owner of Nordic Lifting, following up with your purchase and making sure you have any questions you may have answered. So the customer service that comes with them is great- they really seem like a company that cares about what their customers think. I'd say, if you're considering picking up some wrist wraps, go with these ones.

Wraps just arrived today, and they're awesome. Very rugged, and they look great. Limits flexing of the wrist without cutting off circulation like more inexpensive, elastic type wraps. Comes with a manufacturer code for other product discounts, and all contact info for Nordic Lifting in case there's an issue. There won't be an issue though. I'd recommend not only this product, but any product made by Nordic Lifting. Only issue I found was that the product is made in Pakistan. I wish it was made here in the US, but the quality is so good I can't justify knocking off a star.

Been using these for a little while now for squats. I lack the flexibility in my shoulders to get my hands close together on the bar without putting weight on my wrists. While I work on the flexibility issue, I used these. They offer great support for my wrists even at higher weights, and I can get through my sets without pain. There were a few times prior to this that the pain was so great I simply couldn't complete my sets without taking a really wide grip (which negatively effects performance and safety). These are a good length, and a good cross between stiff and flexible.

Haven't had a chance to use them get since I'm injured, but the quality does seem nice. They seem sturdy and appears as if they will provide enough support with heavyvlifts such...

I have a bad hand and wrist that acts up occasionally from an automobile accident a few years back and decided to give the wraps from Nordic Lifting a try and what a difference...

These wraps excellent and help to keep my wrist straight when I'm lifting heavy weights. I recommend these wraps.
