I love these noodles! As a ramen fan, these are top tier. I shop at a local Vietnamese store here in town and the owner who’s from Vietnam told me that when he was young and very poor, his family would snack on these noodles dry. He gave me a couple for free and I was immediately hooked. Saw these sold as a package deal here on Amazon and they are so worth the investment. The flavor is just so good and I’m sure they’d go great on a salad too for a little crunchy razzle dazzle. Add egg to the cooked ramen and *chef’s kiss*. Perhaps even a little chili oil with some chopped green onion. Just sayin’. For any ramen lover this brand is worth buying in bulk.

It cooks up quickly, has amazing broth and sauce, and the noodles have great integrity. It doesn't get mushy if left too long or over cooked. Flavor is SO GOOD.

These noodles are pretty good. Different than anything that I’m used to, but with good flavor and texture.

When the soysauce flavor Nissin ramen vanished I tried the other vegetarian option, chili flavor. Didn't like it.I tried just buying ramen noodles and coming up with my own broth. That was fine, but when I am doing a cheap easy meal sometimes I just want a cheap easy meal! I don't want to make my own fancy broth for 87¢ noodles! I did some research and a lot of other veg folk were ahead of me in the same journey and it seemed this ramen was the holy grail. I was not let down! This ramen is AMAZING!!! Forget Soysauce Nissin! Sucks about that supply issue that only affected one flavor 😒 I've got a new favorite ramen now.

This ramen tastes great and has goof texture. I add a lot to this like various veggies, makes a great meal! The serving size is on the smaller side, which is great for me. Some instant ramens are massive calorie monsters but this one was more modest.

Great flavor and I love the slightly firmer consistency of the noodles. Easy to make and very satisfying.

Flavor good packets but noodles were darker and different texture than top ramen, which i didn’t like. Been trying to replace top ramen soy sauce flavor (vegetarian) which is hard to find lately - this fell short.
