Comfy, almost like regular underwear. I am a 54 yrs old menopausal woman. I got them because a cough was making me tinkle just a little throughout the day after recovering from the flu. So, these buy me a little time to change.

I have bought a few different types of period underwear but these are my fav. The fit is great, no leaks, and I don't even feel like I am wearing anything but my usual underwear. Perfect for overnight or during the day.

I'm 5'6, 155lb, 33" waist and usually a 7 in undies, the large fits well. I bought these as an alternative to pads just for the last 3 days of my period when flow is light, but with PCOS it's unpredictable sometimes and they're held up perfectly all day even with the heavier flow, no leaks. They're comfortable, dry and softer than pads, and much less sticky.The only downside is when you rinse out the blood it takes about 2 days for them to dry out before you can put them in with your dirty clothes. There's also nothing to prevent odors, but that's not an issue so far.

I LOVE THESE SO MUCH!!! I am a blue collar girlie and I work outside for long periods of times and I needed this sooo bad! This is definitely the best purchase I have made so far and I don't have to worry about smell or leaking. I would say these are also good for heavy days as well :)) These are soo comfy. Wearing them also feels comfy as well! The back kind of feels a little bulky, but to be honest, it's not even that visible if you're wearing pants over it. I highly recommend this because this made having my periods so much easier because I don't have to worry about leaks or anything.

Use these for leakage instead of pads. The fit is perfect, it doesn't go over the top of my belly or make a funny fit. Perfect protection! They are true to size, breathable, very functional, look cute, and good cotton too!

Horrible . Looks like you have a big wad in your pants. There’s a big seam across the back . So obvious. These may work with a loose dress or really flowy pants but not for any modern clothes. Tossed them immediately!

I got a medium since I usually do for underwear except at Maurice's and these are definitely true to size. A medium was way too big for me. Haven't tested how well they hold up yet but I appreciate how soft they are. Seem well made!
