I can't consume any pork products. Is there any gelatin in these pills or the coating?

No, I don't believe so...I checked the ingredient label and it wasn't listed. Shaklee is a wonderful brand that's been around for years & Vita-Lea vitamins are great. Highly recommended 🏆🏅🥇

I can not have Soy in any form,would this be ok for me.

One of the ingredients listed on the label is "hydroxylated soy lecithin".

How much iron in each tablet?

10 mg of iron in each tablet, with 2 tablets giving you 100% RDA....these are really good. I've been using them for years. The price is good too, especially for 240 tablets. 🏆🏆
